Alfa-Bank sees 2021 IFRS net profit at $1.3–1.5 bln in 2021

MOSCOW, Aug 17 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russia’s Alfa-Bank group will amount to record high U.S. $1.3–1.5 billion in the entire 2021, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), CFO Alexei Chukhlov said during a conference call on Tuesday.

“The second six months will be more modest than the first half-year… We believe that (the net profit) will not only top $1 billion, but can possibly reach a record high of $1.3–1.5 billion depending on the market situation,” he said.
